Thiis silver hawthorne leaf pendant was created with a specialized technique using silver precious metal clay (PMC) paste on a real leaf from a hawthorne shrub next to my favorite walking trail in Washington state where we live. This pendant comes with a sterling silver box chain that is 18 inches or 45 cm long. It is perfect as a pendant on its own or even worn layered with other pendants. Even the reverse side of the leaf is sculptural in its shape, making it a reversible necklace. The pure silver leaf dimensions are 1 inch or 2.5 cm square. The pendant has been oxidized so that the detailing of the leaf veins has been highlighted and there are some slight copper hues hinting at autumnal shades. There is only one of these pendants because leaves vary in shape, size and detail.
 
This pendant will be packaged in a gift box with a ribbon.
