This pair of silver Nootka rose leaf earrings was created with a specialized technique using silver precious metal clay (PMC) paste on real leaves from Nootka roses which are native to Washington state. Each earring has a sterling silver ear wire that gives the earring a hanging length of 1 1/4 inches (3.5cm). The pure silver leaf dimensions are  1/3 inch wide and just over 1/2 inch high (9 mm wide  by 15 mm high). Each earring  has been oxidized so that the detailing of the leaf veins has been highlighted.
